Pastor Carmen Russell, Lead Pastor

Pastor Carmen started her journey in full-time ministry in 2008. She was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 2012. Carmen served as an associate pastor at Calvary from 2015-2018 and she has been the lead pastor since January 2019. She is married to Kyle and they have two children, Olivia and Patrick. Carmen loves to bake, create, and spend time with her family and friends.

Pastor Noah Lee, Youth Pastor

Pastor Noah is a recent graduate of Asbury Seminary. He served as an intern in the Summer of 2023 and joined the staff in August 2023. He serves our students in middle school and high school. Noah and his wife Lorna love to travel, hike, and hang out with their dog Ranger. 

Tracy Frauenknecht, Children’s Minister

Tracy has served as the director of Children’s ministry since 2018. She directs our annual Christmas play, VBS and Summer Extravaganza, as well as our weekly children’s program. She is married to Anthony and they have two children, Preston and Connor. She is a self-proclaimed “baseball mom”, loves crafting, and works as a preschool teacher.
